Welcome to Refined Aesthetics Rx. By booking an appointment, receiving services, purchasing products, using our website, or communicating with our practice, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Refined Aesthetics Rx provides aesthetic and wellness services, which may include but are not limited to neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, chemical peels, and related services.
All services are elective and are intended to enhance appearance and wellness. Treatment recommendations are based on individual consultation, medical history, provider assessment, and patient goals.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide safe, natural-looking, and high-quality results, individual outcomes vary. Results may depend on factors such as age, anatomy, skin condition, metabolism, lifestyle, medical history, adherence to pre- and post-care instructions, and the specific treatment performed.
Refined Aesthetics Rx does not guarantee specific results, duration of results, or that a particular service will achieve the patient’s desired outcome.
3. Medical Consultation and Eligibility
All patients must complete required intake forms, medical history forms, and consents prior to treatment. Refined Aesthetics Rx reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if the provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate or safe.
Patients are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete medical information, including allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, medical conditions, previous procedures, and any history of complications.
4. Appointment Booking
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, text, email, or through another approved booking method. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
5. Deposits and Cancellation Policy
A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the scheduled service.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be forfeited.
No-shows may be required to pay a new deposit before booking future appointments.
6. Children and Guests
For safety, comfort, and privacy, we kindly ask that patients do not bring children to appointments whenever possible. Aesthetic treatments require the provider’s full attention, a sterile environment, and minimal distractions.
If a child or guest is brought to the appointment and it interferes with the safety or quality of care, Refined Aesthetics Rx reserves the right to reschedule the appointment, and the cancellation policy may apply.
7. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, financing options, or other approved methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions, discounts, and specials may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Refund Policy
All services are elective and customized to the individual patient. Once a service has been performed, payments are non-refundable.
Retail products, skincare, and other purchased items may be non-refundable once opened or used. Unopened product returns or exchanges may be accepted at the discretion of Refined Aesthetics Rx.
If a patient has concerns about their results, they are encouraged to schedule a follow-up appointment so the provider can assess and discuss appropriate next steps.
9. Follow-Up Appointments and Touch-Ups
Some treatments may require follow-up appointments, maintenance, or multiple sessions to achieve optimal results. Additional treatments, touch-ups, or corrections may involve additional fees unless otherwise stated.
For neurotoxin treatments, follow-up assessments are typically recommended approximately two weeks after treatment if needed.
10. Pre- and Post-Treatment Instructions
Patients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Refined Aesthetics Rx. Failure to follow instructions may affect treatment results, healing, and risk of complications.
Patients should contact Refined Aesthetics Rx promptly with any concerns after treatment.
11. Risks and Complications
All medical and aesthetic treatments carry potential risks, side effects, and complications. These may include but are not limited to redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction, vascular complications, skin irritation, pigment changes, scarring, or unsatisfactory results.
Risks specific to each treatment will be reviewed through the informed consent process prior to treatment.
12. Before and After Photos
Refined Aesthetics Rx may take before and after photos for medical documentation. These images become part of the patient’s confidential treatment record.
Photos will not be used for marketing, social media, website content, or advertising without the patient’s written consent.
13. Communication
By contacting Refined Aesthetics Rx, submitting forms, booking an appointment, or opting into communications, you may receive appointment reminders, follow-up messages, promotional information, or practice updates by phone, text, email, or other communication methods.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
14. Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
A consultation with a qualified provider is required before any treatment recommendation can be made.
15. Privacy

17. Right to Refuse Service
Refined Aesthetics Rx reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any patient for reasons including but not limited to medical contraindications, unsafe treatment expectations, inappropriate behavior, failure to follow policies, repeated no-shows, or provider discretion.

Refined Aesthetics Rx may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website with the revised effective date.
